International Shipping
All international orders ship via DHL Express, tracked and insured.
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 3–10 working days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces: 14 working days to craft, then dispatched.
- Transit time: 3–14 days depending on destination, once dispatched.
- Shipping cost: free on international orders over $700 USD. Below $700 USD, cost is calculated at checkout based on destination
Local Shipping (Lebanon)
Local delivery within Lebanon is free.
Insurance & Tracking
Every shipment, local and international, is insured in transit. A DHL Express tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Lebanon deliveries are domestic and incur no customs duties.
For all other countries, product prices do not include destination customs duties or import taxes. These are set independently by local customs authorities and may be charged on delivery. Contact us at shop@randatabbah.com for an estimate before ordering.
Refund, returns & Exchanges
International Orders
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. Refunds are not offered on international orders, except for damaged or faulty items.
To be eligible: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Local Orders (Lebanon)
Local orders carry a 3-day grace period from delivery for return and refund, for any reason.
European Union Customers
Under EU cooling-off rules, EU customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification. The item must remain unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized pieces, Sale items, and Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@randatabbah.com so we can evaluate and resolve it
Starting a Return or Exchange
