Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express, tracked and insured.

How much does shipping cost?
Free within Lebanon, always. Free internationally on orders over $700 USD. Below that, cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces ship within 3–10 working days. Custom pieces take 14 working days to craft before shipping. Transit adds 3–14 days depending on where you are.

Are shipments insured?
Yes, every shipment is insured in transit, local and international.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Not in Lebanon. Everywhere else, duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority and may be charged on delivery — they're not included in the product price. Email us at shop@randatabbah.com if you'd like an estimate before ordering.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a DHL Express tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?
International orders: 7 days from delivery for an exchange (refunds only for damaged or faulty items). Lebanon orders: 3-day grace period for a return and refund, any reason. EU customers get a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel or return, no reason needed.

What can't be returned?
Custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards.

My item arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us right away at shop@randatabbah.com — we'll sort it out.

How do I start a return?
