This warranty applies to any manufacturing faults or defects that may occur under normal wear. Should your item present an issue due to a fault in craftsmanship or materials, we will repair it at no cost within the warranty period.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. Any repairs required due to such circumstances may be subject to a fee.

International Express Shipping: We offer international express shipping through DHL Express, renowned for its swift and secure delivery services, ensuring your selections arrive promptly and in impeccable condition.
In-Stock Items: Items available in our inventory will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days.
Custom Items: For those special items made just for you, a crafting period of 14 working days is required before the piece is ready to be shipped.
Shipping Schedule: Once your item is ready for shipment, a confirmation email with a DHL Express tracking number will be sent to you. Shipments can take between 3 and 14 days to arrive depending on the time and location of the order.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments from most major credit and debit cards from MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. Your card should be 3D secured. We also accept Paypall payments and cash on delivery for orders in Lebanon
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to email our Customer Service with the correct information and allow us to get back to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
